What can I return?
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by DEBBY within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

When will I get my refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. Most refunds are fully refunded in 5 days after we receive and process your return

Does DEBBY offer replacements or exchanges?
Yes, we do. If you received damaged or faulty, we’ll send you a replacement of the same item. If you’d like to exchange an item for something else, you can exchange for a different size or color. Just send an email with your request to our customer services:

I made a wrong order and want to return it. Can I do that?

I received a wrong item, what happens now?
As soon as you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, see Refund & Returns to get a return mailing authorization label for your item. Send the incorrect item back to us using our return-mailing label and we'll send you the correct item or issue you with a full refund as soon as the incorrect item arrives at our returns centre.
